At Saffron Chillies, every order is packed with care and sent on its way as quickly as possible. Whether you’re starting your chilli‑growing journey or adding new varieties to your collection, we want your delivery to feel smooth, reliable, and stress‑free.
How We Pack Your Order
Your seeds and products are carefully packaged to keep them protected in transit. We use lightweight, secure packaging designed to arrive safely through your letterbox, so you don’t need to be home to receive most orders.
Delivery Times
We dispatch all orders promptly from Monday to Friday. Our Royal Mail Tracked UK service typically arrives within 3–5 business days. During busy periods, delivery may take a little longer, but we’ll always keep things moving as quickly as possible.
If you haven't received you order after 5 business days, please get in touch through our contact form with your order number and we’ll work to resolve it swiftly. Some delays are outside our control, but we’re always here to help.
