At Saffron Chillies, we want every part of your growing journey to feel supported. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it easy.
Faulty or Not‑as‑Described Items
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, you’re entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us as soon as you notice the issue and include your order number and a brief description of the problem. We may ask for a photo so we can put things right quickly. If a fault appears within the first 6 months, the law assumes it was present at the time of purchase unless we can prove otherwise.
Changing Your Mind (Online Orders)
If you’ve simply changed your mind about something you bought online, you have a 14‑day cooling‑off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This period begins the day after you receive your order. Once you’ve told us you’d like to cancel, you’ll have another 14 days to return the item. We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items That Can’t Be Returned
Some products can’t be returned unless they’re faulty, for example, perishable items or personalised goods. For seeds, we accept returns if they are unopened and unused, or if there is a genuine fault.
Proof of Purchase
To process any return, we may ask for proof of purchase such as an order confirmation email or bank statement.
