The Farm Shop

"Your chilli journey begins here. From seeds and plants to gifts and tools, we’re here to inspire and support you."

Beyond its beauty, the Purple Princess is wonderfully rewarding to grow. Its size makes it perfect for patios, balconies, and small gardens, and it thrives just as happily in containers as it does in beds. The plants are naturally bushy and produce an impressive number of fruits, so even a single plant can give you a colourful, generous harvest. With good light and regular watering, you’ll enjoy a steady flow of glossy purple pods that brighten your space long before they reach the kitchen.

What truly sets the Purple Princess apart is the sense of delight it brings to growers. Watching the fruits shift from deep violet to rich red is a joy in itself, and the flavour is just as captivating, a balanced medium heat with a subtle sweetness that works beautifully in fresh dishes or cooked recipes. Whether you’re growing for flavour, colour, or simply the pleasure of nurturing something unique, this variety offers a magical blend of beauty and practicality. It’s a perfect choice for beginners looking for an easy win and for seasoned growers who appreciate a chilli with real personality.
