"Your chilli journey begins here. From seeds and plants to gifts and tools, we’re here to inspire and support you."

The Purple Tiger chilli is a striking, ornamental variety that brings bold colour and personality to any growing space. With its variegated foliage splashed in shades of green, cream, and deep purple, this plant looks stunning even before it begins to fruit. As the season progresses, it produces small, unique looking chillies that shift from vibrant purple to orange and finally bright red, creating a fiery contrast against the mottled leaves. Compact, eye‑catching, and full of character, Purple Tiger is perfect for windowsills, patios, balconies, and small gardens where you want something truly unique.

Despite its ornamental beauty, Purple Tiger offers more than just looks. The fruits carry a lively medium heat with a crisp, fresh flavour that works beautifully in salsas, stir‑fries, and colourful garnishes. Each plant produces a generous number of pods throughout the season, rewarding growers with both visual impact and culinary versatility. Its naturally bushy growth habit makes it easy to manage, and it thrives in pots and containers with regular watering and plenty of light.

What makes Purple Tiger especially rewarding is the sense of discovery it brings. Every plant develops its own unique pattern of variegation, meaning no two look exactly alike. Watching the foliage shift in colour and the fruits move through their rainbow stages adds a playful, artistic touch to your growing journey. Whether you’re a beginner looking for a forgiving, compact chilli or an experienced grower seeking something bold and decorative, Purple Tiger is a brilliant addition to your collection.
